The Palava City Management Association (PCMA) is an independent body
comprising city administration experts, urban planners and citizens of
Palava, who together act as the governance and administration for this
rapidly growing city, set up with the goal of creating an environment
that aid the development of all stakeholders of the city.
The PCMA is empowered to manage, monitor and regulate operations and
maintenance of all city amenities and infrastructure, as well as
support all aspects of civic life in Palava from organizing sports and
cultural activities to establishing and running the citys social
responsibility program.
PCMA's governing council will be responsible for formulating
various rules and regulations for city management; and be responsible
for everything from collecting bill payments, to the formulation and
implementation of city policies with the goal of providing hassle-free,
high-quality and yet cost-effective services. PCMA will aim for
sustainable operations of the city that will reduce dependence on
external resources and minimize wastage through smart operations.
